I had been struggling quite badly with menopause for over 4 years - I suffered hot flushes to the extent that I felt as though my hands and feet were going to burst.

For many years, I had suffered with chronic hay fever, which worsened as the years passed. It was almost impossible for me to function, and it became very debilitating between February and May every year.
